Dim sum birthday.
I’m feeling pretty good. I wasn’t too hungry throughout the day, but the smell of popcorn at the arena caused a huge temptation.
I do have a confession: I had one 1” slice of beef jerky today. I couldn’t say no! The guy handing out the samples at Costco was so persuasive and who can say no to free beer jerky? And not the cheap 7-11 kind either.
20% complete. 4 days left. Hoorah.
Breakfast: oatmeal with crushed pecans, chia seeds, and a small squeeze of honey
AM Snack: tropical green smoothie (water, spinach, celery, parsley, romaine lettuce, lemon juice, frozen mangoes, and banana)
Lunch: sweet potato arugula salad with artichoke hearts and homemade lemon olive oil dressing
PM Snack: celery and carrot sticks with homemade zucchini hummus
Dinner: Quinoa salad woth cucumber, parsley, tomatoes, bulgar grains, lemon juice (Costco)

Fresh air, full hearts, can’t lose.
Another grey day, but I’m going to make it a good one.
